Nope! In fact you'd probably not be able to tell we're Mennonite by looking at us. We do share some history with the Amish, but you won't find any buggies or bonnets here. We're actually a fairly progressive little congregation.
No. Not at all. We'd be glad to have you, even if you know nothing about Mennonites :) We don't all have to agree to be in partnership with each other.
On occasion we'll throw in some contemporary praise songs, but we typically sing lots of hymns-- accompanied by guitars, piano and sometimes even drums, saxophone or banjo.
We're fairly relaxed and informal. If you show up in jeans, you won't be the only one. If you wear a nice outfit, you won't be the only one. Come as you are. Though you might catch extra attention if wear a full suit or a formal gown ;)
